*As an entrepreneur, successfully implemented results-driven coaching strategies with an accountable approach. 
*Previously as a COO, successfully lead a 400+ employee direct mail manufacturing facility through due diligence. 
*Served as Director for CitiGroup, where she provided Corporate Marketing Consulting for several divisions.  
*Holds a M.S, Degree from Johns Hopkins School of Professional Studies and a B.S. Degree from Loyola College. 
*Is the mother of two sons and an avid horsewoman.
*Karen has joined forces with two other Master Licensee's to form the GulfAtlantic Cooperative which includes MidAtlantic (Maryland, Delaware and DC), Virginia and GulfSouth (Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.)
